The idea for this creation came to me during my recent vacation in Canada, where I fell in love with the rich, golden taste of authentic maple syrup. I couldn’t resist bringing that inspiration home — and infusing it into my beloved cannelés.
Each cannelé is made with 100% organic Canadian maple syrup, its deep caramel notes perfectly complementing the crisp, caramelized shell and soft, custardy heart of this French classic. The marriage of flavors is nothing short of irresistible — a taste that’s both comforting and indulgent.
This limited-edition treat is available in boxes of six or twelve, in both our traditional recipe and gluten-free version, so everyone can enjoy this sweet celebration of France-meets-Canada.

Our cannelés are made with the best natural ingredients and contains milk, sugar, wheat flour (rice flour for gluten free option), butter, eggs and grade A premium Tahitian vanilla.

Order before noon and you can get your Cannelés delivered between 2pm and 5pm. All orders made after noon can be delivered the day of your choice between 2pm and 5pm.

Order before noon and pick up your order at our famous French kitchen by the Hollywood Bowl. All orders made before noon can be picked up the same day between 5 pm and 7 pm. Orders made after noon can be picked up the next day between 5 pm and 7 pm.

Cannelés must be eaten the day they are cooked and delivered. For an exclusive high-end french dessert, Cannelés are usually served by pair for each guest. They can be devoured as is or could be served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
