Gluten free Cannelés are FINALLY available.

Dear Cannelés lovers,

 

Since I started this lill baking business, so many people asked for gluten free option. I wasn't super excited about the idea because I'm French, and for us "born bread eaters", gluten is a solution to everything, a gift from God, and certainly not a problem. I was reluctant to offer a gluten-free version, but after a few days of testing and many failures, I am honestly impressed with the result. Short story, the best French pastries you've ever eaten are now available gluten-free in Los Angeles and you know what? They're still delicious. I may be becoming a bit of a Californian. Oh lala. Give a try, catch them all, pickup or delivery, Bon Appétit.
